PAINTING
 

FPMI operates a semi-automatic electro-deposition paint system with a capacity to accommodate
a maximum load of 500 kilograms per hanger and coating a surface area of 300 square meter
per hour. Painting finished parts are assured of high quality anti-corrosion characteristics.

Besides superior corrosion performance, ED system also provides a uniform coating with excellent surface
appearance, low paint wastage, and low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions. Our system’s
corrosion performance is validated through the use of Salt Dipping Testing (SDT), Salt Spray Test (SST).

Both in-house and subcontracted parts are loaded onto designated hangers and subjected to pre-
treatment processes prior to ED painting. Oven-baking process provides the needed finish prior to visual
inspection and packing.

Wastewater Treatment Facilities

Waste water from our painting process are in-house treated prior to discharge.
