NEW MODEL

To efficiently support the development of complex automotive assemblies from concept stage to mass production stage, FPMI established its own NEW MODEL DEPARTMENT. Its task is to analyze, develop and improve initial parts production; verify implementation stages for new models (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi) and to conceptualize and fabricate needed jigs and fixtures and press dies.

 
The department employs the latest techniques such as AutoCAD 2010 for 2D designs, AutoDesk Inventor V9 and CATIA V5 and Cimatron V9 for 3D for its product design and development. Since its establishment in 1999, the Engineering Department was able to localized die and jig fabrications, welding and inspection jig fixtures and designs were successfully marketed to clientele in other countries such as UK, China, India, Japan and Vietnam.

FABRICATION

Our Fabrication Section is responsible for the repair & maintenance of our more than 700 dies. The section has various machine capabilities that allow it to perform die repair works and maintenance.
