ALUMINUM DIE CASTING
FPMI third Core Business started its first Mass Production on July 2012 for 100cc Crank Case Cover Right (SOZAI) parts intended for HONDA PHILIPIINES INC, WAVE and XRM Motorcycle type. Other models that we are producing are the 125cc R/L, 150cc R/L, and our latest model 110cc R/L Crank Case Cover (SOZAI) exclusively for HONDA Motorcycles.
Aluminum Die Casting Department has 2-High Pressure UBE Die Cast Machines (800 and 850 Tons Clamping Force) and 4-Main lines (Finishing – Buffing) equipped with Buffing Machines and Portable Dust Collector facility. Currently, our Die Casting Machines perform with a capacity to produce an average maximum output of 30,000 shots per month and our Main lines (Finishing – Buffing) is responsible for a turn around average maximum capacity of 40,000 pieces per month.
UBE DIE CAST MACHINE
