May 27, 1994

F.tech Philippines Mfg., Inc. (FPMI) was established in Laguna Technopark.

 

June 17, 1994

Registered in PEZA.

1995

May 2, 1995

Turn-over ceremony, blessing of plant/ equipment and line.

 

May 23, 1995

FPMI first shipment to Japan (ST5 Model).

 

September 1, 1995

The Electro Deposition Painting System and Waste Water Treatment was constructed and started operation.

1996

April 1, 1996

Received orders of pedal assembly parts from TOYOTA Philippines.

 

April 20, 1996

Plant Inauguration Ceremony.

 

November 1, 1996

Received orders of suspension parts for Lancer model from MITSUBISHI Philippines. (Start of consistent production from Press/ Stamping process till assembly process).

2000

June 1, 2000

From 3rd round capital increase, the capital has reached 329 Million pesos.

Acquired the ISO 9002 Certificate for Quality Management System from Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS)

July 2000

Introduced a state of the art welding robot technology with the production of Honda Civic Subframe for export to ASEAN countries.

2001

March 1, 2001

Start of pedal delivery to F-TECH UK.

 

June 1, 2001

Received orders of suspension parts for ASEAN/OCEANA from HONDA Cars Philippines. 

 

October 30, 2001

Introduction of the New Honda CRV suspension parts robotic welding line.

2002

September 18, 2002

Started the new Honda City model robot welding production of subframe

 

October 1, 2002

Start of Manufacturing and selling of die and welding / Assembly jig to CHINA and JAPAN.

 

December 1, 2002

Start of manufacturing supply of 2003 model HONDA Accord to Thailand

March 1, 2003

Acquired new certificates both for Quality and Environmental Standards,

ISO 14001: 1996 and ISO 9001: 2000 

2004

January 1, 2004

Stamping Machine 160-ton and 500-ton installed.

 

October 10, 2004

FPMI 10th Year Anniversary celebration in Tagaytay.

2005

January 1, 2005

Installed new 160-ton Press Machine.

 

February 1, 2005

Installation of new 500-ton Press Machine.

 

April 2005

New Robot welding line for suspension parts was introduced for Honda Civic Trailing Arm.

2006

March 1, 2006

ISO 14001:2004 Certification.

 

October 1, 2006

Start painting job with SANYO DENKI.

 

December 2006

New robot line for suspension part was introduced for Honda CRV Subframe, Crossbeam, Differential Mounting and Lower Arm.

2007

September 10, 2007

ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certification was acquired

 

November 2007

Blessing of the newly acquired Annex building

2008

October 1, 2008

The first F.tech Research and Development (R&D) in Asia Pacific region was established in the Philippines.

2009

March 24, 2009

Re-certification of ISO 14001:2004

 

December 2, 2009

Inauguration of FPMI Plastic Department at F.tech Annex with the first production run for both in-house use and export market.

Machining center was installed to have capacity in making dies and jigs.

Inhouse fabrication of Die was started

The start of Vegetable Planting Activity (FPMI FARMVILLE) to help reduce CO2

Aluminum Die Casting line was introduced with Cover Crankcase as pilot model

Blessing of the new 600-ton Motion Link press machine.

Robot welding line modification for the 2nd FPMI Motorcycle product line of body frame for Honda TMX model.

 

2013

October 2013

A new product line was introduced, Hanger Trans and Plate Oil Gutter transmission parts for Honda Parts Manufacturing Corp (HPMC).

Dec. 9, 2013

Run-for-a-Cause for was held to raise support for the victims of super typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda)

2014

The 1st FPMI Welding Pedal Robot line was established by all FPMI local workforce for light weight TAA Pedal comp Brake production.

 

June 2014

Die design and fabrication training was started at FEG Japan

2015

April 2015

Aluminum Die Casting Department started the production of Transmission parts for Toyota Hilux and Crank Case Comp for Honda motorcycles.

 

Installation of 2nd  Welding Pedal Robot line for TBA Pedal Comp brake and Bracket Comp brake.
