FRONT SUBFRAME
A front subframe is a framework located at the lower front area of a automibile where the engine is being mounted and support the suspension system as the main function. A front subframe is not only stiffness that is resistant to engine vibration and impact from the road surface, and corrosion resistance against rusting but also has the appropriate impact absorption structure at the time of any collision. We have also conduct R&D activities concerning weight reduction. Aside from the conventional manufacturing processes that consist of pressing and welding, we also manufacture products using the hydroforming process (a hydraulic forming technology) and the aluminum hybrid manufacturing process which is capable of combining aluminum material and steel material with different properties for manufacturing. |
