To maintain accuracy and reliability of all welding points for our front and rear frames, our production lines use welding robots, ensuring that the production process adhere to specifications for customer satisfaction.

FPMI welding robots are programmed based on the process design made by our engineers and Japanese experts to meet the production requirements.

_PEDAL

Our pedal welding process employs semi-automated welding machines, operated by our highly skilled workforce.

Our pedal arm and bracket lines operate on a two shift rotating schedule to meet customers' delivery requirements. FPMI associates are trained and adequately equipped with the necessary skills in pedal and pedal welding.





_SUSPENSION

Utilizing state of the art robotics, production quality and quantity is met. Foolproofing or "poka-yoke" techniques are applied to avoid defective outflow.

Subframe production uses the portable e-guns and x-guns spot welding machines. Lower arm production uses welding robots programmed to work with limited movement.
