Besides superior corrosion performance, ED system also provides a uniform coating with excellent surface appearance, low paint wastage, and low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions. Our system's corrosion performance is validated through the use of Salt Dipping Testing (SDT), Salt Spray Test (SST).

Both in-house and subcontracted parts are loaded onto designated hangers and subjected to pretreatment processes prior to ED painting. Oven-baking process provides the needed finish prior to visual inspection and packing.
