Safety Committee

This committee is in-charge of the associate's welfare in the performance of their assigned task. Safety awareness is the primary program to avoid occupational accident. Each associate is reminded to be safety conscious while working.

Canteen Committee

For the welfare of all associate this committee is closely monitoring the operation of our canteen concessionaire for the purpose of improving its service. Monthly meeting is being done to discuss some concerns and to recommend appropriate counter measure.

Sports Committee

With the motto of "Healthy Body Leads to Healthy Mind", this committee attends to sports events applicable to all associates for participation. Sports program is usually planned for the one (1) whole year for the physical fitness and camaraderie.

Recreational Committee

A whole-year-round active committee that attends to the associate's welfare during Summer Outing, Family Day and Christmas Party among others. Members of this committee need to be very creative to make the activities during such occasions be very memorable.

Kaizen Committee

This is a committee that monitors the activities for improvement of each department. Associates are encouraged to share their individual idea that would promote improvement in their workplace. Significant contributions are being recognized by FPMI.

7's Committee

Associates were oriented about the 7's program upon entry to FPMI.Such practice tends to educate all of us in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness in our work area for the prevention of any form of occupational accident. Good practice of 7'S leads associates to a higher level of good habit.

Information Center Committee

Information Center Committee is a newly formed committee which aims to provide all associates first hand information on all activities being conducted inside and outside of FPMI. Composed of selected associates, who can communicate well through effective writing, this committee shall be able to provide information accurately and effectively.
